One of the better-tasting game meats. In some western states, pronghorn can be hunted every year with multiple bag limits. In others, their numbers are too few to draw a tag even every 10 years. The pronghorn is the fastest land mammal and is thought to have evolved to outrun the now-extinct American Cheetah.
